Yes, all officers are licenced by industry regulator (SIA) and trained beyond industry standards.

Yes, officers are deployed according to customer’s requirements including customer services, fire safety/warden, first aid etc.

Yes, we normally can provide emergency security guarding service or emergency guards within 4 hours from receiving customer requirements in writing.

For medium- and long-term contracts – yes we attend and carry out site visit to establish customer requirements, know the site and to conduct assessments. For short term contracts - only officer and/or a supervisor will be deployed. Customer requirements will be established via email.
Will we be assigned a dedicated account manager?
Yes, dedicated accounts manager will be assigned who can be contacted anytime of the day.
Will we be getting performance reports?
Yes, weekly or monthly service performance is raised as per customer requirements.
Is it possible to have monthly service review meeting?
Yes, assigned accounts manager will welcome monthly service review meetings at the time and place of customer’s convenience.
Can we buy/hire services for short period?
Yes, service can be hired or bought for a short period as per customer requirements
Is the service provided or company insured?
Yes, company maintains insurance to cover its legal and contractual obligations as per BS7499 and BS10800 requirements.
